EchoBat offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. This page explains who is eligible, how to request a refund, how long it takes to be processed, and the small print that applies to annual versus monthly subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your most recent payment. Include the email on your account and a brief reason — we use refund reasons internally to improve the product. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date; after that they convert to a prorated cancellation.
